Cleaning is good. If you wanna reach the tailor, you have to be lucky. Otherwise you can wait round about 1-2 hours until he potentially arrives.
I brought two suits and three ties in on Thursday morning at about 0900. I asked for the express service and was told everything would be ready the next afternoon. When I went to pick everything up the next day at 1850, everything was ready and nicely cleaned. The 43 EUR I paid for this service were not cheap but reasonable for the service provided. Overall I would recommend this business based on my experience.
