My wife and I had our reservation for a small automatic hatchback. It was confirmed and prepaid in full. When we arrived to the airport we got to the Enterprise/Alamo Car rental desk. They had one employee working. The line was horrendous. We waited in line for 1 hour and 30 minutes before getting to the desk. At the desk he asked for confirmation that I wanted an automatic. I said yes. He sighed and started talking on the radio. He said he had an automatic. After 10 minutes at the counter we went down to the parking garage. We gave our paperwork to the rental guy to get the car keys. We get to the car and its a manual. So I take the keys back and state we need and paid for an automatic. 10 minutes later we are told the only thing they have in automatic is a big SUV. We requested a small hatchback to drive to the Nurburgring and drive throughout the old small roads and German towns on the way. It was a huge struggle and very annoying along the way. I dont understand what the point of a reservation or paying upfront as it did not speed up the process at all. Dropping off the car was effortless; I wish the whole process was smoother. I will not be using Alamo/Enterprise again.

wegen der vermutlichen Versptung bei Abholung in Frankfurt Flughafen(um 22:00) habe ich angerufern, ob ich morgen frher das Auto abholen kann, sodass der Mitarbeiter nicht lange auf mich warten. Der Mitarbeiter beantwortet: wenn du halb Stunde spter kommst, ist deine Reservierung weg, ich kann sptestens 22:11 auf dich warten. Wahnsinn oder? Wenn ich 22:05 dort angekommen bin, bekomme ich ein Auto, das mit meiner Reservierung berhaupt nicht bereinstimmt.sofort stornieren!sehr schlecht!
Ich habe noch nie so ein unprofessionelles Customer service gesehen.Sie sind nicht Mal in der Lage richtige Informationen zu geben und Kunden Reklamationen zu bearbeiten.Nie wieder werde ich ein Auto dort vermieten.
Service ist richtig schlecht. Ich wurde am Telefon fr ein Automatik Auto versprochen und ich musste da fast eine Stunde auf ein Auto warten, weil sie angeblich keine mehr haben. Nie wieder. Gar nicht zu empfehlen.
